Manufacturing Process
Jute is the main fabric used for manufacturing carpets with this method. The fabric is coated with a suitable adhesive and then flocked by different methods. Use of a suitable dye helps to roller print the design onto the fabric.
The flock of nylon, wool, acrylic, is applied to the fabric for adhering ti in an upright position and produce a pipe-like, velvet textured design. The flocks of colored fabric is used to d decorative appeal to the carpets and rugs.
